About the H.E. Laybutt Reserve

Since Blacktown Workers Club was founded in 1955, the encouragement of sport has always been a high priority. Today the Club supports 25 local junior and senior sporting bodies.

Named after a founding member, one of the Club's greatest achievements has been the building and continuing development of the H.E. Laybutt Reserve, a 50 acre sports complex, the largest privately owned sporting complex in Australia. Located on Reservoir Road, the H.E. Laybutt Reserve houses tennis courts, rugby league, soccer, lawn bowls, baseball, cricket and netball fields.
